2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern: (a) access to and use of the website, (b) use of forms (contact / requests / quotations), and (c) the online purchase of products through the store.
3. Website use
The user undertakes to:
- Use the website lawfully and in good faith.
- Not introduce malware, bots or any action that may harm the website's operation.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas or systems without authorisation.
The owner may suspend or limit access if unlawful or improper use is detected.
4. Product information (catalogue)
Descriptions, photographs, measurements and colours are provided for information purposes.
For textile/upholstery items, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting or material batches.
5. Forms (contact / request)
Submitting a form does not constitute a contract.
Where applicable, the contract will be formed by written confirmation (email) or by order confirmation during the online checkout process.
6. Intellectual property
Website content (texts, images, logos, designs, etc.) is owned by Mayesta Design, S.L. or licensed third parties.
Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
7. Online purchase
7.1. Who can buy
We sell to consumers (individuals) and businesses.
Consumer-specific rules (e.g., withdrawal rights) apply only where the buyer acts as a consumer.
7.2. Products sold online (current operation)
Currently, the online store primarily sells small in-stock items (e.g., armchairs, cushions and poufs).
Mayesta Design, S.L. is an artisanal upholstered furniture manufacturer and may offer made-to-order products via quotation; in such cases, specific conditions (lead times, deposits, customisation, etc.) will be provided.
7.3. Price, VAT and shipping
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping is included in the price for deliveries to mainland Spain (current operation).
Deliveries outside mainland Spain (e.g., Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other destinations) are not included unless expressly stated before the order is confirmed.
7.4. Payment methods
Accepted payment methods: card, PayPal and bank transfer.
7.5. Shipping and delivery
Current shipping area: mainland Spain.
Shipping cost: included (mainland Spain).
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days from order confirmation, subject to logistics or carrier incidents.
Delivery is carried out by a transport company.
The customer must provide a correct address and be available to receive the delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (absence, incorrect address, etc.), additional costs may arise from re-delivery attempts or returns by the carrier.
7.6. Receipt and transit damage
We recommend checking the parcel at the time of delivery.
If the parcel is damaged, please note it with the carrier and notify us as soon as possible at info@tapiceriasparis.es, stating the order number and, if possible, attaching photographs.
7.7. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within the statutory period from receipt of the order, subject to legal exceptions (for example, clearly personalised or made-to-order products).
How to exercise it (when applicable): send an email to info@tapiceriasparis.es stating the order number, full name, product(s) to be returned and date of receipt.
Withdrawal conditions (when applicable):
- The product must be returned in good condition, without use beyond reasonable inspection, and with suitable packaging to prevent damage.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method (unless otherwise agreed) once the product is received and its condition verified.
Return shipping cost:
- If the return is not due to manufacturing defects or transit damage, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- If there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage, Mayesta Design, S.L. will arrange the appropriate solution (repair, replacement or refund, as applicable).
7.8. Warranty and claims
Products sold to consumers are subject to the statutory legal warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, impacts, moisture, improper exposure or normal wear and tear is excluded.

8. Limitation of liability
The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or the total absence of technical errors, although reasonable measures will be taken to correct them.
No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use of the website by the user.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Unless mandatory consumer rules apply, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga.
